Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use our website and request a quote or comparison.

Last updated 14 October 2024

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Green Offers website (green-offers.com) and our comparison and quote-request service. Green Offers is a trading name of Interactive Results Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

2. Our service

Green Offers is a free comparison and lead-generation service. We help connect you with energy providers and home-improvement installers. We are not an energy supplier or an installer, and we do not carry out installations. Any contract for products or services is between you and the relevant provider, not with us.

3. No guarantee of savings or outcomes

Any figures, ranges or examples on this site are for general illustration only. Actual savings, prices, grant eligibility and outcomes depend on your circumstances and the provider you choose, and are confirmed by that provider — not guaranteed by us.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Third-party providers

When you request a quote, your details may be passed to relevant partners so they can contact you, as described in our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the products, services, advice or conduct of those third parties, and any agreement you enter into with them is subject to their own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this site are owned by or licensed to Interactive Results Limited and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Liability

We provide the site and service with reasonable care but "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
